A Nurse for Batavia.
A
Voice for You.

Meet Danielle

Hi, I’m Danielle Wessel.

I’m a wife, mom, and nurse proud to live and work in Batavia Township. My journey hasn’t always been easy. As a young mom, I worked my way through school and earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice, learning resilience, determination, and the power of community along the way.

I’m known as a leader who shows up, listens, and gets results. I’m running for Township Trustee because Batavia Township deserves strong, people-first leadership that is transparent, thoughtful, and ready to guide our community as it grows.

Electing me means:

Transparent Government

Too many people feel shut out of township decisions.

I’ll change that by live-streaming meetings, sharing clear updates in plain language, and creating precinct captains so every neighborhood has a voice at the table.

Services You Need

Batavia families deserve to feel safe on the roads, during school, and in moments of crisis.

I’ll make sure your tax dollars fund what matters: our roads, classrooms, EMS, and law enforcement—without waste or giveaways to developers.

Development You Want

Batavia is growing—and that growth should work for you, not just developers.

I’ll fight for responsible development that protects green space, keeps traffic flowing, and preserves what makes Batavia special, without passing the cost onto residents.

Election Day is November 4th

Together, we can guide Batavia’s growth in the right direction. One voice at at time.

This campaign is about us — our voices, our future, our community.

I’m running to represent the people of Batavia Township, and that starts with listening, connecting, and working together.
